Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of payment date for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise you will need to pay return shipping at your own cost. International customers must return their item back at their own cost. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Note: Even though we try to keep our pictures updated , manufacturers / designer may change them. Please know that we always carry the latest edition of the items. You should also know that tester items may be different than shown on our website. Even though most of them comes in tester box and cap, some do not come with box and/or cap. If these detail are important to you when you get tester item, please ask us before you place an order.


Currently we only ship domestic orders.If you are an international customer , you can get your order shipped from USA by using myus.com service.  We are planing to provide international shippping soon. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We ship and provide tracking numbers within 2 days after payment and provide tracking information. After confirmation, it takes 5-7 business days to deliver. We are not responsible for lost & stolen packages .  You can ask us to add signature confirmation for your shipment.
